BYU Football Spring Scrimmage

We went to the BYU football spring scrimmage today.  It is great to go to the stadium and be a part of the fun.  We always look forward to the spring and fall scrimmages.

We got there early and got seats right down on the front row.  Some of the players are not as big as they look on TV, but others were bigger.  

Seth and Carter got to participate in a mini football camp.  They stretched and warmed up, they practiced with the the defensive backs, the running backs, the kickers,  the wide receivers and the quarter backs.  They had a good time.  I enjoyed being down on the field.  The grass was so soft and green.  If I had some of that in my bedroom, I would not even need a bed; I'd just sleep on the grass.

Bikes in the Spring

The boys love to ride their bikes, no matter the weather.  It has been cold and windy this week.  It does not even slow the boys down.  They just put on jackets and keep riding.  

Camping in the Basement

The boys have been excited to go camping.  It has been too cold, or we have been too busy.  We decided to set up the tent and let them sleep in the basement.  They had a great time.  They are asking to sleep in it each night.  It makes me wonder why we bought beds.  

I Love Creatures

Carter is a very caring and loving boy. When he wants to be. This is his creature collection. He found a little potato bug and wanted it to have a home. We put it in a small peanut butter jar with grass. Carter could not see it in there so he dumped it out and ended up losing it. He then wanted to find more creatures. We could not find any more potato bugs. We then starting digging in our garden and found several worms. He was so happy. "I Love Creatures", he told me. He made them a nice home on the front porch so that everyone could see them.   

Walking

Keenan loves to walk. He is so cute to watch as well. He loves to take 6 steps away from the couch then turn around and go back. He also loves to walk in circles. Walking has become his new entertainment. Carter also can not be left out of the spotlight. He is a great big brother.  

Just his size

Keenan loves this little bench. It is just his size. When I get ready in the mornings he will get past me and find his seat in the corner. There has been a few times that he wants to play with the toilet paper or toilet. So I have to remind him to leave those alone, but he is good company. 

Walking Train

Keenan is trying to gain some balance so that he will be able to walk. He loves to grab onto your pants and tries his best to keep up. 

He usually grabs onto Seth or Carter and they love to take him around the room. With two big brothers that are all over, it has taken Keenan some time to gain confidence to walk. 

It will not be to much longer and he will be walking everywhere on his own.
